Can You believe folks are still fighting over Air Jordans ! Jordan ain’t played ball in over ten years or so. What a hell of
a brand to have when people fight over something like a pair of shoes, and you ain’t even playing ball no more. I really think it is a dam shame that people are fighting over a pair of shoes that only cost 15dollars to make.
What has people losing their minds, fighting, getting pepper sprayed, and getting arrested for a pair of shoes. Jordan has been known to be under firer about his shoes. Several years ago, some kids were killed for their pair of Air Jordan’s, and that had activist in an uproar. Not to mention the price of the shoes! A Pair of Air Jordan’s have been known to run anywhere from 125.00 to 185.00 for the purchase of a new pair.
Last night, I noticed a long line to get some new sneakers, but I didn’t know it was for a pair of Air Jordan’s. I really think we got to take a look at what is deemed to be valuable, and what is not valuable. If you are going to jail over a pair of shoes, then something is wrong with your value system.
