artist by putting music in games. The video game industry   is a billion dollar a year industry, so it would only make sense that record companies would want to marry the two together to generate another revenue stream for the artist.

Getting Royalties is great for a new artist along with the exposure to the gaming culture. Artist who can make money from the gaming industry can really see big money in the long run.
