Content Creator Burnout
Burnout is a serious problem in the content creation community. Roberto Blake tells a great story about his life. He also gives some amazing advice about what burnout and stress can do to our lives, and how to beat it. Roberto Blake walks us through the emotional problems that content creators are going through.
Depression, burnout, and stress as a content creator is a growing problem on the internet. People are looking for support and Roberto Blake gives some great insight on what content creators should do during this stressful time. Content Creators from Youtube, Tik Tok, and Instagram are losing the emotional race in content creation.
As a content creator myself, I noticed most peoples burnout comes from not having a solid publishing schedule. Content production needs a schedule so you can know when and when not to publish content. Many Content Creators are just shooting from the hip and that can also lead to burnout. I agree with Roberto Blake on most of his advice. I think people have to also schedule a break, or vacation time, in their content creation process.
Finally, have a focal point or some meaning behind what you create allows you to pace yourself so you don’t get depressed, burnout, or stressed in the process of creating content.
I’m going through this right now. Having heart palpitations thinking about it. I can’t seem to write, edit videos, go li’ve… nothing. But my gardening is bringing me back to life.
