Florida Man Steals Covid Funds To Buy Lamborghini
A Florida man got arrested for using Covid-19 relief funds to buy luxury items like exotic cars, clothes and watches. Valesky Barosy, 27, is accused of taking 4.2 million dollars in Covid relief funds and using false IRS forms and fake payroll documents to complete the heist. Valensky was able to scam the government out of half of the 4.2 million dollars. Once he received the money he went to town fronting and flexing a perpetrated lifestyle of the rich and famous.
Barosy started buying expensive items like a Lamborghini Huracán EVO, Rolex watches, and clothing from Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel. Valesky was brought up on several charges Thursday. He was charge with five counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, and one count of aggravated identity theft. Barosy could be facing up to 132 years for his illegal activity.
Valensky Barosy, is just one of many people, who have stolen Covid-19 relief funds. Maurice Fayne, of ‘Love and Hip Hop’ was sentence to seventeen years for misusing Covid relief funds, as well.
